from Rumba to Susla

Frogs make noise in the pond next to my tent all night.
The trail continues through thick bird song. Fishermen’s cars mark the location of Kasari river. Two hares, one small and one big. Nice wooded meadow next to the river.
I meet an RMK worker who is maintaining the trail, removing trees from the path and refreshing trail marks. We keep seeing each-other throughout the day.
The stretch before and after Hirvepargi camp site is very beautiful. Narrow forest path, lot of flowers, moss and sunshine. One deer. This is compensated with a long stretch of gravel after Vana-Vigala. Then old railway dam after that is cool again.
