The flight goes through Moscow and then with a surprise landing in Novosibirsk.
It takes an effort to locate a currency exchange on Sunday in Ulanbaatar. Most of the places are closed. A parade is being held on the Sukhbaatar Square. Sun shines and I feel confient enough to stroll around the city. The only interesting place open seems to be Choijin Lama monastery-museum. Anyway, someone opens it up for me and swiches on the lights.
