from Ahja to Peri, 38,6 km

Whole day the weather switches between rain and sun. It is more pleasant than pure rain. Landscape and trail are wonderful, mostly forest, a long stretch along Ahja river, through Taevaskoja. Before and after dark and light forest, blueberries and strawberries by the road. I reach 500 km. Only 320 km to go.
A quick swim in Ahja river serves as shower. In the evening my sister, mother and a friend arrive to camp site to bring food for the next five days. Always nice to have visitors here in the forest.
