Portugal. It seems that they have some hiking trails for lazy people there. Life mostly happens in Portuguese which isn't very complicated to understand only it sounds as if someone was speaking Spanish with a heavy Russian accent (don't tell the Portuguese I said that, in fact they don't have anything in common with the Spanish except the Guadiana river).

foggy Netherlands and first stop

Portugal is warm, beautiful and cheap and there are more locals than tourists. Unlike Iceland that is cold, beautiful and expensive and you have a hard time finding the locals in the crowd of tourists. It doesn’t mean of course that Iceland shouldn’t be visited again. Hornstrandir 2017 will be coming up next. Life of a tourist does not always have to be easy.

I look out of the window to see how people are dressed and how warm or cold it is. It's clear who is a tourist from a cold country, who from a warm country and who is local. Sunny but chilly. In breakfast cafe every chair is different.

Breakfast. The huge chocolate croissant reminds me of Magnús complaining that chocolate buns don't have enough chocolate in them. Well, he would not have anything to complain about here.
